No right is more precious in a free country than that of having a voice in the election of those who make the laws under which, as good citizens, we must live. Other rights, even the most basic, are illusory if the right to vote is undermined.

about those issues

Everyone wishes we could talk about issues.

Everyone feels this would just be the end of the candidate nobody likes - you know, that one with the voice?

More talk about issues would so obviously be the bestest thing for that candidate with the coolest pop culture references ever....

BTW did anyone actually see the second half of that debate? (Oh wait - we will do anything anything a n y t h i n g to prevent anyone from noticing what happens when some people actually talks about issues....)

update: WOW. Did you see the cover of The New Republic? "The Voices Inside Her Head" - Hillary's "psychodrama".

Just WOW.

I am so glad to know that cheap-shot caricatures are alive and well. Are women really too hysterical to be entrusted with important things, or what?

Oh - and I love the Hitler salute, too. Because we all know that if you're not for our candidate, you must be a fascist.

Just WOW.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who is seeing the resemblance to a High School ASB election. Are we all to vote for the "popular kid" now?

Good Post, jac.
