No right is more precious in a free country than that of having a voice in the election of those who make the laws under which, as good citizens, we must live. Other rights, even the most basic, are illusory if the right to vote is undermined.

never yield to The Narrative

This is the lesson: never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.
- Winston Churchill

Right now Hillary Clinton is the only force I know of that is resisting The Narrative. You know - The Narrative about what's real and what's inevitable and whether wanting all the votes counted made Gore a "sore loser".

Those people - the ones who ridiculed Gore and pushed Bush on us - have now decided that they want to ridicule Clinton and push Obama on us.

Only Clinton isn't Gore. Clinton isn't being all afraid of being called a "sore loser".

And some people can't stand that.
